Management

The two management boards, namely the Executive Board (Vorstand) and Supervisory Board (Aufsichtsrat), are profiled on these pages.

The Executive Board of Hannover Re is currently composed of seven members. Since 1996 Wilhelm Zeller has served as Chairman of the Executive Board. Further details of the members' various areas of responsibility and their curricula vitae are provided under the navigation item "Executive Board".

The Supervisory Board of Hannover Re is composed of nine members. Since 1993 the Chair has been held by Wolf-Dieter Baumgartl, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Talanx AG and HDI Haftpflichtverband der Deutschen Industrie V.a.G.
