Your profile
- You have or will shortly complete an above-average school-leaving examination
- You enjoy speaking English and German to a very high level, possibly even another foreign language too
- You have good analytical abilities
- You are creative, but also have no problem taking on administrative tasks
- You enjoy working in a team, but can also act on your own initiative
- You have the ability to learn and assume new responsibilities

Your apprenticeship will consist of a finely judged combination of theory and practice. We will familiarise you with insurance and reinsurance business from the bottom up, enabling you to transition smoothly into a specialist department.
At the same time, you will be able to graduate as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Hannover from the University of Applied Sciences with financial support from our company!
