Management trainees
You graduated no more than a year ago or expect to graduate in the coming months. You are under 30 years of age and have more to offer than strong academic grades alone.
Your profile
- An above-average university degree, preferably in economics, (business) mathematics or commercial law
- You have concentrations in insurance business management, banking, controlling, accounting, international trade relations or cultural studies
- Sound knowledge of English for negotiating purposes and at least one other foreign language
- Initial professional experience, preferably with a financial services provider, or training as an insurance or banking professional
- Professional experience abroad or foreign internships, preferably with a focus on the financial sector
- You have very good analytical faculties and enjoy working with figures
As a management trainee you will have an outgoing personality with a good ability to integrate and communicate. You have the capacity for self-reflection and self-organisation as well as clear views of your own.
What we offer you
You will complete an eighteen-month trainee programme for young executives. Depending on your strengths and interests, we will assign you to various departments. This will enable you to actively participate in day-to-day business and familiarise yourself "on the job" with all sides of the reinsurance business.
