First-class human resources support
We are responsible for all personnel matters in the Central Divisions. We assist the offices and locations abroad with respect to general issues, e.g. the provision of support for executive staff.
In Hannover we have a staff of around 18 working in the fields of recruiting, human resources and executive development, human resources assistance at home and abroad as well as personnel services.
Four job profiles - do they strike a chord ?
As a Human Resources Developer you will recruit management trainees and interns and negotiate with external consultants and trainers. You will develop, organise and appraise assessment centers, management trainee programmes, techniques for recognising potential etc.
You will take on the preparation and evaluation of employee interviews. You will also be responsible for marketing activities at universities.
