Flexitime
Our flexitime policy enables every employee to organise his or her working hours according to their actual workload. In times of extraordinarily heavy workload, staff can stay extra hours to meet the demands of their assigned tasks. On the other hand, flexitime offers leeway for the appropriate time management of an individual's private affairs. Every extra working hour is saved in a personal flexitime account that is available to an employee at any time.
Pension Scheme
Company-sponsored pension schemes are increasingly growing in importance. We provide you with a defined contribution pension scheme including additional occupational disability insurance, disability benefits as well as a surviving dependants’ pension. Since it was established as recently as 1966, Hannover Re is not only a rather young reinsurance company, it also has fairly young employees. The average age of our staff is no more than 38. Advancement of women
