Here in Johannesburg we are working on becoming the most reactive reinsurer of the entire continent. To this end we are pursuing a strategy which is tailor-made to the needs of the African insurance market.

Our core businesses are non-life and special reinsurances. We offer a uniform and fast price calculation service. Our main focus is on the South African special reinsurance business. This means we look for niche markets which are normally not covered by general insurers. Furthermore, we underwrite facultative reinsurance risks and retrocession cover from other sub-Saharan countries.
