Co-determination
Although Hannover Re does not have a Group Employee Council, workers' rights are protected at all Hannover Re locations – including those where the law does not permit free trade unions. In such countries Hannover Re secures its employees' rights through corporate guidelines that are valid worldwide (Compliance, Corporate Governance, Corporate Principles and the Code of Conduct).
