3. Service navigation, imprint and search at the top right of the pag
4. Main navigation, separates the top of the page from the content area
5. Breadcrumb navigation below the main navigation
   (on all pages except for the homepage)
6. Sub-navigation to the left of the content
   (on all pages except for the homepage)
7. Notification Service *
8. Service navigation in the content area
9. Container(s) to the right of the content (optional)
10. Link to the disclaimer at the bottom right of the page
