- Particular efforts are made to expand know-how and infrastructure in the Asian growth markets and – with a view to reinforcing our local market position – in various continental European countries.
Diversification: Five-pillar model
- The life reinsurance business group stands on five robust pillars: financial solutions, bancassurance, new markets (senior citizens' market, ReTakaful), highly selective conventional risk transfer and multinationals.
- Market leadership is actively targeted in the area of new business financing for life, annuity and personal accident portfolios as well as in the senior citizens' market.
Quantitative targets
- Double-digit growth in premium volume and operating profit (EBIT)
- EBIT margin of at least 5% relative to net premium earned.
