The success of our company depends on our employees’ successful work. This is why we pay particular attention to our employees’ qualifications, experience and willingness to perform and promote these aspects by means of personal development measures and management. With this in mind, we use our strategic personnel planning to adapt the amount and the qualification of our staff to the current and future requirements of our global market presence.

By delegating tasks, power and responsibility as much as possible we create the prerequisite for the ability to act quickly, flexibly and undogmatically. The basis of our staff’s motivation and willingness to perform are attractive jobs provided by a globally active company. Good possibilities to further oneself, being appreciated and being a part of our sustainable success underpin this approach.

Global Human Resources are responsible for recruiting, HR management and development as well as everything to do with remuneration. We see ourselves as an internal service provider. We find performance oriented employees for the headquarters in Hannover and support employees’ development goals by means of specific targeted personnel instruments. We also support our managers in their work and development. Furthermore, we look after the further development of our performance-related remuneration systems, organise postings and are, of course, in constant contact with the decentralised Human Resources departments in our worldwide locations.

Furthermore, we are responsible for personnel and university marketing.
