If you would like to apply to Hannover Rück SE, Malaysian Branch, please send your application via email to HRMalBR-personnel@hannover-re.com. We also accept speculative applications.

Your application should include a convincing cover letter which states which job you would like to apply for and what salary you expect. It should also include details about your education and professional experience as well as your language and computer skills, marital status and hobbies.

We do not explicitly confirm receipt of your application. If we wish to consider your application for an advertised position, we will get in touch with you via email or phone within two weeks after the application deadline. If we wish to consider your speculative application, we also get in touch with you via phone or email. We would then invite you to an interview. Otherwise our Human Resources department will have no further contact with you.

The interviews are always face-to-face and take no longer than an hour. Our application process consists of two phases: the first interview is conducted by the head of the department you applied to. If we shortlist you, you have a second interview with the Managing Director of our branch.

If your application for a vacancy is not successful, we will let you know via email but we will not give reasons for our decisions. We do, however, let you know if we want to archive your CV for future vacancies.
