Claims Handling
Knowing that we act as a leader the Bogotá office has a multidisciplinary claims department that allows us to give you a quick response within 48 hours. This in order to provide a first class service and promptly authorise payments. We also have several agreements with international loss adjusters.
Our team analyses Property, Engineering, Casualty, Marine and Financial Lines claims and their settlement approval.
Technical Accounting
The Technical Accounting Department is in charge of technical accounting such as treatment of statements of account, premium payments reconciliation, cash disbursements of claims and premiums returns, support regarding regulatory requirements, and any financial request received from brokers/cedents.
We support the market and finance business centres in their daily administrative work. The objective is to provide a competent, comprehensive, efficient and smoothly functioning service for our external and internal clients.
