Dividend increase to EUR 9.00 per share approved

Hannover, 7 May 2025: The Annual General Meeting approved the proposal put forward by the Executive Board and Supervisory Board to pay a total dividend for the 2024 financial year of EUR 9.00 per share, an increase of 25% compared to the previous year.
