Group Operations & Transformation brings together various teams at our Hannover location with the aim of ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our lean operating model, enabling future business growth.

What competencies do we need?

Our tasks are as diverse as the people who work with us – and so are the competencies we look for. These include analytical strength (quantitative or qualitative), strong communication skills, and a pronounced service mindset. Depending on the role, additional skills may be beneficial, such as methodological expertise in project management, innovation or digitalisation, as well as experience in structured market, competitive or innovation analyses.
