We regularly have opportunities for student assistants to join us for as little as three months or up to two years during your master's programme. We offer you the opportunity to work alongside your studies in an area that matches your specialisation in the arts, humanities or social sciences. For example, in internal and external communications, change management or across our HR department. Your interest in business issues, your ability to work with figures, your enjoyment of working and communicating with colleagues of different nationalities and your good knowledge of PowerPoint and English are important to us. Students with a master's degree in the arts, humanities or social sciences and successfully trained young professionals with initial experience in the insurance, communications or consulting industries, for example, will have excellent opportunities to start their careers with us. Depending on the position, you should have experience with working in companies, consultancies or agencies. Reinsurance experience is not essential. Your willingness to learn, your focus on solutions and your pragmatic approach are important to us. We also value candidates with knowledge of tools, access to relevant trends and very good foreign language skills.
