Working as a cultural scientist, humanities scholar or social scientist 

If you have a degree in cultural scientists, humanities scholars or social sciences, there are numerous areas where we could use your support. For example, in internal and external communications, change management or in the wider area of human resources (including learning and development, support, recruitment, employer branding). Reinsurance experience is an advantage, but not essential. More importantly, you should enjoy working and communicating with clients and colleagues of different nationalities, have a very good understanding of target audiences, have excellent language skills and be a team player.

As the fields of activity for cultural, humanities and social scientists are very diverse, there are no clearly defined divisions. The main areas of responsibility are corporate communications and human resources. Change management is part of Global Human Resources. You will be responsible for identifying change needs and designing and implementing appropriate change management activities. In Human Resources Management, you and your team will recruit the right talent for Hannover Re. In communications, you will be responsible for planning, designing, managing and implementing communication activities across all channels and formats.
