We collect your data either at our locations at the receptions or in advance through your contact person.

4. Categories of personal data

When entering our business premises, video recordings are made in designated areas. For more details, please see our privacy notice on video surveillance.

In addition, the following data and data categories are collected, processed and used:

  • Name
  • Employer Name
  • Reason for visit
  • Duration of visit
  • Contact details, if applicable
  • Vehicle registration number, if applicable

5. Categories of recipients of personal data

Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties unless we use so-called processors to fulfil the above-mentioned purposes, who act within the scope of their tasks under an order processing contract.

6. Duration of data storage

We delete your personal data as soon as it is no longer required for the above-mentioned purposes. Personal data may be stored for the period during which claims can be asserted against our company (statutory limitation period of three or up to thirty years). We also store your personal data insofar as we are legally obliged to do so. Corresponding proof and retention obligations arise from the German Commercial Code, the German Fiscal Code and the German Money Laundering Act, among others. The storage periods are up to ten years.

7. Data transfer to a third country

If we transfer personal data to companies/service providers and/or authorities outside the European Economic Area (EEA), the transfer will only take place if the third country has been confirmed by the EU Commission to have an adequate level of data protection or if other appropriate data protection guarantees (e.g. binding internal company data protection regulations or EU standard contractual clauses) are in place. 9. Rights of data subjects

You can request information about the personal data stored about you at the above address. In addition, under certain conditions, you can request the correction or deletion of your data. You may also have the right to restrict the processing of your data and the right to receive the data you have provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future.

10. Right to object

If we process your data to protect legitimate interests, you can object to this processing by contacting our data protection officer at the above address if your particular situation gives rise to reasons that speak against data processing. We will then no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms. Or the processing serves the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims.
