Your personal development is very important to us. On your first day with Hannover Re Hong Kong branch, you will undergo the induction program with Human Resources and your Managers. We also provide plenty of Learning and Development programs based on your career development!

If you're not registered, create a personal account and agree to our privacy policy (data stored for six months). After registering, access your portal to start your application. Enter contact details, answer questions (e.g., salary expectations, relocation, notice period), and upload your CV and references as PDFs. A cover letter is not required. You can update your application anytime and check its status in the Job applications section of your portal.

Once your profile is registered and CV is uploaded. The Human Resources department will review your profile, your suitability for the role and submit your profile to the Hiring Manager for further reviews.

Once your profile is shortlisted by the Hiring Manager, you will be contacted for interview scheduling by the Human Resources department. Depending on the nature of the role, you may undergo several rounds of interviews which may include online assessments, technical and behavioral compentency assessments.
