Your first interview will be an in-person, 45-minute conversation with the hiring manager and an HR representative. This session is designed to get to know you better, explore your experience and qualifications and understand how they align with the role and our team. Following this initial discussion, some candidates may be asked to complete a short role-specific test, depending on the position’s requirements.

In the second stage, you’ll meet in person with two relevant stakeholders from our team. This interview will dive deeper into the role and give you an opportunity to discuss your expertise with those who are closely connected to the position. This step is essential for us to gain insight into how you might work with various teams and handle the challenges of the role.

The final stage for the preferred candidate is a conversation with our Managing Director. This meeting emphasises our commitment to maintaining a strong, values-driven culture. It allows you to learn about our company’s vision from a leadership perspective and allows our Managing Director to assess your cultural fit.
