Regulated by the Central Bank of Bahrain, Hannover ReTakaful B.S.C. (c) is our specialised subsidiary for Sharia-compliant retakaful business. Established in 2006, the company holds an A+ rating from S&P and operates with an authorised capital of USD 135 million and a fully paid-up capital of USD 54 million. Today, it manages contribution volumes exceeding USD 170 million and an asset base of USD 423 million – reflecting its strong market position and financial stability.
