If we have not resolved your concern or complaint within 45 days, or our decision is not satisfactory, you may contact the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). AFCA provides fair and independent financial services complaint resolution that is free to consumers.

AFCA will generally require you to contact us first, before they are able to assist you, so that we have the opportunity to resolve your concern.
