If you are a high school graduate with good to very good grades and would like to join us, we offer a dual study programme leading to a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration with a focus on insurance. This takes place in cooperation with the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Hannover (FHDW). You should have an affinity for numbers and be able to think in a structured and analytical way. If you are sociable, open-minded, and interested in new challenges, you will like it here. German and English are required; other language skills are a great asset. In addition, we fully cover the costs for your dual study programme.

If you have 2-3 years of relevant work experience, in underwriting, finance, accounting, or project management, depending on your area of responsibility, we can offer you attractive opportunities to join us. You should bring analytical skills and a good understanding of numbers to your work. We expect you to enjoy working and communicating with clients and colleagues of different nationalities and to speak English. Do you have other language skills? Perfect. In reinsurance, you don't work in the traditional field service with private customers. Instead, you will have direct contact with our customers, for example in underwriting. These include insurance companies. Together with them, you develop and negotiate reinsurance contracts.

In underwriting, you assess risks, use data analyses and help our customers to plan with confidence. You will work internationally with colleagues and partners from many countries. Underwriters assess whether and under what conditions a risk can be insured. For example, industrial plants, natural disasters, or financial risks.
